Expert Staffing has an exciting direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our industry-leading client in Hudson, MA!

The major responsibilities of this position are to:
· Manage general company administration tasks supporting the Finance & Administration Manager
· Assist project managers with project administration (current team of 6)
The goals of this position are to:
· Help the company efficiently manage routine corporate administration tasks.
· Take project administration task workload off the current team of project managers.
· Assist in improving project administration processes.
Project administration:
· Invoice management (using 1-CRM) – creation and issue, tracking Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Project time and cost tracking; sold-versus-received revenue tracking.
· Non-technical reviews
· Office tasks- opening mail, keeping office supplies filled, managing company calendars
· Your cell phone will be your desk line (must be comfortable with this)
· Resolve issues with delinquent accounts by contacting and working with the customer.
· Reconcile transactions with statements.
Qualifications and Experience
· At least five (5) years company and project administration experience
· Must have experience using QuickBooks
· Must have prior collections and general accounting experience
· Experience within an engineering, construction, manufacturing or technical consulting company (preferred)
· A good grasp of commercial business processes
· Strong writing and analytical skills

· Proficient with the standard Microsoft suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
· Proficient at developing systems and using tools to organize and track company numbers and processes
· Comfortable working with a distributed team

· Strong and efficient communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
· $50K gross depending on skills and experience of candidates.
