Job DescriptionOur client provides structural engineering design, investigation and analysis services to a variety of clients worldwide on projects of every size and level of complexity. Our client is a growing 90+ person firm throughout 5 offices nationwide that collaborates with architects, building owners, and builders to design sleek, functional, and safe solutions for a diversified list of projects within 15 sectors ranging from sports stadiums, healthcare facilities, to sky rises and more.

What you will be doing:

• Structural analysis, design and detailing for all types of buildings and materials using a variety of building codes.
• Coordination of design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
• Preparation of construction documents within a BIM environment.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in structural engineering
• Inspection experience
• Knowledge of design of cast-in-place concrete, prestressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, reinforced masonry.
• Experience with RAM, ETABS and other structural engineering software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revit Structure preferred.

Preferred experience:

• BS in Structural Engineering
• Engineer Intern, Professional Engineer preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• West Palm Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Structural Engineer: 3 years (Required)
• RAM AND ETABS: 2 years (Required)
