Job Overview / Key Objectives of this position:

This role has responsibility for ensuring provision of quality talent in a timely manner to the Expert360 team, to meet client needs.

You will be responsible for helping build the Expert360 team through hiring permanent employees as well as contract experts to represent us on client site.

As well as sourcing quality talent, you will also be responsible for working across some of the internal projects Expert360 run. You will also be an ambassador for our internal Marketplace
product.

Responsibilities and Duties of this position:

Talent Acquisition

• Understand current and future resource demand; ensure the efficient provisioning of candidates to meet client needs; ensure potential candidates are well-aligned with anticipated demand.
• Proactively and appropriately utilise social media platforms and job boards to attract talent to represent the Expert360 brand.
• Proactively qualify candidates for future anticipated demand and maintain current and active talent Pools.
• Maintain and build talent across Expert360’s internal Marketplace product.
• Identify areas of skills shortage and recommend recruitment campaigns to attract talent.
• Utilise best practice candidate screening and interview techniques to identify desired talent.

Continuous Improvement

• Provide recommendations for service improvement and innovation.
• Be a champion for Expert360 internal/Customer process improvement.
• Keep up to date with market trends and recruitment/sourcing tools and techniques.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Extensive experience in talent sourcing through the full recruitment life cycle.
• Demonstrated experience in best practice recruitment and talent management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask.
• Strong organisational skills, with a high-level of initiative.
• Drive and enthusiasm to learn.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience optional:

• Previous experience with JobAdder and/or Salesforce.
• Experience within the HR or Accounting sector.
