IT Support Engineer – IT Projects and training towards a full Cloud DevOps Engineer

Salary: £30,000pa – £35,000pa (DoE) + Benefits

West Midlands Preferred but is open to England as Home-based with customer site visits as required.

This up and coming Cloud & Software Integration Specialist are seeking and enthusiastic and challenge orientated IT Project Support Engineer asap (there is also training toward a full Cloud DevOps Engineer available)

This Cloud and Software specialist always selects the best technology fit for a project and therefore expects and encourages all IT Engineers, Developers and Designers to embrace the latest technologies, frameworks and Cloud deployment platforms i.e. “You’ll never be bored!”

Technical Skills & Attributes:

Along with having excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service skills, you will have experience and knowledge of the following systems:

• Azure Active Directory
• PowerShell
• Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Fundamentals of DevOps
• Some experience of PowerBi would be useful but not necessary

Main Responsibilities:

• Working on Identity Project to support user management for a large organisation
• Provide support around identity, completing and responding to assigned tasks
• Liaise with colleagues via phone, teams, email, slack and chat
• Use PowerShell to extract, update and manipulate data as needed
• Create and manage Azure runbooks & automation accounts
