Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator
Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the NA Talent Acquisition team with operational and process-related responsibilities. Recruitment-related responsibilities will include interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding and new joiner support (laptop tracking, welcome emails), job postings, etc for professional recruitment (salaried roles) as well as early career (internship & development program). Operational responsibilities will include ticketing via ServiceNow for various TA access requests and user provisioning, new hire profile changes (start dates adjustments, etc), vaccine declaration tracking, offer documentation support, etc. There will also be responsibilities to support Employer Brand activities including content creation and management in accordance with a calendar of deadlines/timelines, event support and other projects related to recruitment marketing to support talent attraction and DEI efforts.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruitment coordination with experience in managing candidate experience, partnering with Recruiters and supporting hiring managers (at times).

A plus, if experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing.

Experience in ticket systems such as Salesforce or Servicenow a plus.

Workday ATS experience a plus as well!
