Title: Engineer Associate

Job Description

• Analyze reliability data to determine trends in outages and possible solutions
• Utilize computer software to model the distribution system running load flow, and short circuit analysis noting any deficiencies and system weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain a database of distribution system needs for the operating company.
• Model proposed system improvements to determine project viability and scope of work.
• Prepare conceptual level scope packages for distribution asset renewal and grid modernization projects.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams with I&M distribution to coordinate system improvement projects.
• Support the operating company in development and execution of a multi-year work plan and achieving strategic goals.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering from an ABET accredited school
  • No experience needed, entry level position with Degree in Engineering.
