This is an exciting time to join UK&I HR team at a time when the business is transforming and readying for Future of Work. As a Talent and Learning Analyst this role will enable you to gain deeper experience in the Learning and Talent Discipline by working with our experienced team on a variety of projects. You’ll have a chance to work on Leadership programmes, our skills, learning and careers agenda, and you will support our Performance and Talent processes. You will own the day-to-day management of our New Leader programme and be the go-to person for talent and learning data. You will also be part of our Global Talent and Learning community and have opportunities to work on global programmes and with colleagues from each of our regions.

We’re looking for someone with a CIPD qualification or alternatively some experience working within HR, Training or similar. An OD qualification would be an advantage however, it is your softer skills: that will really make you stand out in this role. You will be a great team player, adaptable and delivery focused.
You’ll demonstrate outstanding communication skills with an ability to verbally articulate and present data and concepts effectively. You’ll already have some experience of facilitation and be looking to grow your internal consulting, presenting and delivery skills.
More and more in HR, being comfortable with data is a given and you’ll be adept using tools such as Excel and Visier to analyse, manipulate and visualise people data.
You will be curious, keen to learn, and have passion for helping others to grow – so that you can positively impact our talent and learning products and programmes. You’ll be organised, good at planning but also ready to flex to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ needs.
