Job Description
An exciting postion has arisen within the UKI Talent Acquisition Team for a Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition the TAM will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Senior Talent Acquisition Partners across mutiple locations
As the Talent Acquisition team evolves we are looking for an individual who can:
Help define and implement talent Recruitment/planning strategies to support their business units in partnership with senior leadership teams.
Deliver workforce plans to support the critical talent needs of the business lines.
Coach and support stakeholders on key Recruitment practices and procedures.
Work extensively with stakeholders in developing our talent mind-set.
Deliver efficient and cost effective Recruitment to fulfil business hiring needs.
Qualifications
Personal credibility, with the ability to form strong relationships at all levels across the business.
Proven experience in the implementation of Talent Acquisition and workforce planning.
High energy, outcomes driven approach with an ability to develop relationships with top management, peers, and externalpartners.
Excellent project management skills. Strong attention to detail. A completer-finisher.
Strong influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Business focused with an ability to understand the commercial drivers and key measures.
Strongly driven, highly results-orientated, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can-do’ approach who will continually seek outimprovements.
Confident and clear communicator, able to project gravitas and expertise with empathy at every level.
A pragmatist with a sound theoretical grounding of key aspects of talent Recruitment.
A resourceful and collaborative style – always visible and keen to ‘connect’ with the business.
