Following our success in transforming the Talent Acquisition function at Experian, we are hiring for a number of experienced recruitment resourcing professionals to join our team as Strategic Talent Sourcers. These are new roles.

Job Description

The Strategic Talent Sourcing team will work with our hiring community and will focus on direct sourcing across many different business areas.

• Partnering with our talent acquisition team to build a strategic pipeline of candidates.
• We are looking for people who are proactive and will understand business needs, in order to pipeline talent as well as manage recruitment for current and future recruitment needs.
• Ability to candidate market map using various methods including, Boolean and Xray search.
• Reaching out to candidates, understanding key motivators, whilst creating a great candidate journey.
• Using LinkedIn, Job Boards, CV Databases, Smart Recruiters as well as other resourcing platforms.
• Create engaging recruitment collateral (adverts, social media utilisation) and working with the wider team to ensure the employer brand attraction in your discipline is strong and we are attracting the best talent
• Acting as an Experian brand ambassador to a passive and active candidate market.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate experience of

• Talent sourcing within an agency or in-house recruitment team
• Stakeholder management
• Creation of market maps
• Providing market intelligence or insights
• Direct sourcing methodologies
