Who are the Early Careers team?
For context, Experian have been on a unique journey over the last three years having received significant investment & support from the business. Early Careers is now seen as a high-profile piece to our future vision, and as such, this opportunity comes with a unique and exciting opportunity.
YoY we recruit around 100 Early Career Professionals (a blend of Graduates, Apprentices & Placement Students).
In this role, you’ll be involved in every step of the hiring process from attraction & initial engagement, through to assessment & selection, finishing with onboarding & induction. As such, we’re looking for a dynamic, adaptable recruiter who is equally comfortable, fronting attraction events, as running virtual assessment centres.
The Early Careers team sits as part of the wider HR team and manage the end-to-end life cycle of recruitment and ongoing development of our Early Careers schemes. We plan, design and manage development programmes for our early talent, ensuring we are recruiting and nurturing the best talent there is through our business.

What is a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Early Careers team responsible for?
Along with the team, you will be responsible for managing volume recruitment, ensuring we are attracting and ultimately hiring the best early talent.

What are we looking for?
We’re ideally looking for someone with previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience, either from an agency or in house. Experience recruiting students/graduates is advantageous. In particular, we’re looking for the following:
You will ideally have some high-volume recruitment experience and have a genuine interest in Early Careers/the recruitment of students and graduates. You’ll also have great attention to detail and passion for providing an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to build strong relationships across different levels.
We’re looking for someone who has real passion and drive to learn and grow, who will be proactive in their approach to do the best job possible.
