The role itself will suit someone proactive and target focused, who enjoys a varied day with tasks including:
Franchise Recruitment & Marketing
Primarily utilising LinkedIn, you will:
· Proactively source suitably qualified individuals
· Craft engaging messages to spark conversations
· Arrange sales appointments
· Pro-actively develop networks and educate individuals on the ERA opportunity
· Create and promote social media content, with support from marketing, to raise awareness and attract individuals
· Be involved in the creation and coordination of webinars and events
Administration
· Updating pipeline spreadsheets
· Appointment setting and calendar management
· Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded into our CRM system software
