Your day, if you join us : Essential Job FunctionsSupporting Lead Generation Campaigns : Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, organic search, social media, and paid advertising.
Supporting Marketing Automation Management : Utilize HubSpot to implement and enhance nurturing workflows, track lead interactions, and effectively manage the lead database to improve user experience with the Marketing Lead.
Improving Data Cleanliness : Regularly audit and maintain the lead database to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Implement strategies to enhance data cleanliness for more effective marketing automation and help manage list segmentation.
Supporting HubSpot Integrations : Work with Marketing Lead to improve various integrations and property mapping to facilitate the smooth incorporation of different tools, such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WordPress, and webinar platforms, into HubSpot.
Persona-Based Messaging : Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to improve and implement persona-based messaging that resonates with target audiences at different stages of the buyer and customer journey.
A / B Testing and Data Analysis : Support A / B testing on marketing assets, analyze performance metrics, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Embracing an Agile Environment : Continuously identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing initiatives.
Competitive Analysis : Monitor competitors’ marketing efforts, industry trends, and best practices to inform marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis in communication and design.Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Familiarity with working in content management systems, particularly WordPress.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.Familiarity with persona-based marketing and audience segmentation.
Agile work approach with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
