Exeter Hospital has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role will be responsible for Developing and executing shortterm and longrange strategies to attract and retain top talent at Exeter Health Resources and affiliates. The individual will be responsible for the recruitment process from design to implementation to ensure rhythmic flow of the recruitment process. Partners with hiring managers to understand business needs and position expectations to hire the right fit talent for the organization. Leverages resources to achieve the effective sourcing, branding and attraction, screening and selection and hiring and onboarding of highquality, diverse talent across the organization. Key responsibilities also include partnering with talent acquisition leadership to organize, analyze and report on staffing activity metrics or new program features and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• 5 years of healthcare recruitment or related experience is required.
• 2 years (of the 5 total) – Progressively more responsible leadership experience or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred.
• Prior experience using an applicant tracking system is required.

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:

• Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) – Healthcare or related recruitment certification required or obtained within one year of hire is required
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is preferred
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred
• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is preferred
• Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred
• Certified Healthcare Recruiter (CHCR) is preferred
