Exeter College Hiring for Evening College Experience Lead (Higher Education and Adult Learning) Job at Exeter, England Full Time

Exeter College has a vision to provide exceptional education opportunities through our adult education programmes. We currently have over 5,000 18 + students enrolled on a wide range of different programmes and qualifications, including course delivered in the evenings. Our ambition to ensure that we are providing the right provision and support opportunities for adults in Exeter and the surrounding areas to progress through education and to develop the skills required to further their careers.

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual to evolve and lead on the support for our adult students in the evening, as well as raising awareness of all evening activity taking place across Exeter College sites. You will be the key link for our evening students and work to ensure they are fully aware of and have access to Exeter College’s Student Services support. You. will work alongside our evening teaching staff to ensure successful delivery of our provision as well be a key contact for students, staff and visitors on college activity in the evening.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, who is able to multi-task, produce work to an accurate, high standard and have a flexible, confident approach to working within a varied environment. As the first point of contact for many of our students, staff and visitors, exceptional customer service skills are crucial for this role. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to take responsibility for the efficient running of operations. You will need to be confident in using a range of IT packages including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
