About the Role:

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our organization. Under general guidance, you’ll utilize various recruiting channels to identify and engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring alignment with our internal staffing needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and management to determine staffing requirements and identify suitable candidates through job boards, online platforms, and existing talent pools.
• Conduct thorough technical assessments, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure candidate qualifications.
• Analyze candidate qualifications against business requirements and present suitable candidates directly to hiring managers.
• Facilitate candidate identification, qualification, and interview processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Summarize candidate qualifications and format resumes for presentation to hiring managers.
• Assist in crafting online job postings and announcements, and maintain candidate records in our internal database.
• Utilize proprietary inventory systems to track recruiting activities and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor individual performance.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing timely updates to candidates.
• Generate s on recruiting activities and provide updates to management and HR.

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in remote recruitment and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote managers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal setting and achievement.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated drive for results and success, with a sense of urgency to exceed expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruiting, with a demonstrated ability to influence others.
• Prior experience recruiting in specialized fields such as Medical coding, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Sales is preferred.
