Executive Talent Partners Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Nashville, TN Full Time

Our client, a PE-backed, Nashville-based, multi-site, high growth healthcare practice, seeks a Staff Accountant and/or Senior Staff Accountant. Utilize the skill set you have established thus far in your career path and continue to grow and learn from a dynamic leadership team.

As a critical part of the Accounting team, you will:

· Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations and balancing.
· Enter accounts payable and receivable data.
· Assist with month-end close tasks and financial statement analysis.
· Supports finance and operations colleagues with ad hoc analysis and data support requests.
· Provide financial support to other departments, including assistance with budgeting.
· Maintain fixed asset systems.
· Help with payroll and accounts payable.
· Drive continuous improvement from an administrative perspective.
· Review and recommend process improvements.

Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar required.

-Two (2) to five (5) years of progressive work experience in accounting is preferred.

–Prior experience in healthcare is required.

-Confidence and a mindset equivalent to your skillset. A roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting the job done.

–This is NOT a remote role, you must live in or around Nashville/Brentwood. Once you are on-boarded, remote work will be available a couple days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
