Executive Profiles Inc. Hiring for SALES ASSISTANT / SUPPORT at New York, New York Full Time
A leading fashion design company in New York City is seeking a Sales Assistant/Support to join their team.
In this role there is potential to move into Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the account executive lead on all tasks to ensure orders are being processed and managed.
- Maintain daily communication with the buying team.
- Maintain open order reports, modifying any dates as needed with approval from sales.
- Work closely with the design team to meet customer requests
- Track sales orders, EDI orders and make sure they have been entered into the system accurately
- Create and analyze selling reports
- Keeping track of our customers samples, tagging and sending samples out for approvals.
- Assist in market preparation and market appointments.
Skills
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience
- Strong computer knowledge, Microsoft office, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills andÂ
- Analytical skills
- Detail oriented
