ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a passionate HR Graduate, to join our Human Resources Department on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a HR Graduate, your main duties will include:

• To deal with and respond to day-to-day Human Resources enquiries.

• To inform the team of any employee relation issues that requires action or investigation.

• To conduct exit interviews with leavers, up to Manager level.

• To keep Fourth – Payroll system – database updated, liaising closely with departments.

• To distribute and collect internal mail from the Mail room in the morning and in the afternoon and send external mail in the afternoon.

• To maintain the presentation notice screens (staff entrance, canteen, and engineering) on a daily basis. Changing displays frequently to maintain employee interest. Update birthdays and length of service on a monthly basis.

• To take minutes at meetings related to Human Resources or when requested.

• To provide recruitment support to the Human Resources team, as and when required. To send outcome letters to successful and unsuccessful applicants.

• To forward applications of interest to relevant Head of Department.

• To generate written employment offers and particulars of employment, on instruction from the Human Resources Manager/Director of Human Resources.

As a HR Graduate, you will be required to work 40hours per week.
