IMMEDIATE Direct Hire Talent Acquisition Coordinator needed for a well known manufacturing company in Roswell.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of the organization’s recruiting function. Coordinators are responsible for supporting the organization’s Corporate Talent Acquisition Recruiters with the hiring process. This responsibility includes managing the distribution of resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, escorting candidates to onsite interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork. The role will also be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and assisting Recruiters in the hiring process.
The selected applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business management, business administration, or related field, ATS experience (Taleo preferred), as well as a minimum of 3 years of direct talent acquisition support experience in a corporate environment.
