Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Social-Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing activities, including social media management, creative design, copywriting, email marketing, and administrative tasks. The Social-Media and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, promoting our services, and driving business growth. 

A candidate with a background in professional services and/or leadership development/coaching would be highly favourable. 

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website. Working alongside our external Marketing agency.
2. Creative Design: Design and update marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual materials to support our programs and marketing campaigns.
3. Copywriting: Write compelling and engaging content for blogs, newsletters, website pages, and other marketing collateral to effectively communicate our services, industry insights, and thought leadership.
4. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating content, managing subscriber lists, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
5. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support where cover is needed.
6. B2B Writing: Create high-quality written content specifically tailored for the business-to-business (B2B) audience, ensuring messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand voice and values.
7. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all channels.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
2. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
3. Proficiency in social media management, particularly LinkedIn, with the ability to develop effective organic strategies and drive engagement.
4. Excellent creative design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
5. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and experience in planning and executing successful campaigns.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and the internal team.
9. Knowledge of Leadership Development and/or executive coaching is highly desirable.
10.  Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
11. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
12. A professional with integrity and regard for a high level of confidentiality.
