Summary

(This role is accepting full-time remote applicants)

The Social Media Specialist s to the Social Performance Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid social media marketing campaigns for middle to top-tier clients for an array of e-commerce stores. The day-to-day duties may include managing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest marketing campaigns, as well as performing analysis. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand visibility and profitability within each campaign.

Essential Functions:

• Paid Social Account Management
  • Day-to-day management of Social clients through strategy development and execution
  • Maintain and monitor social marketing campaigns and important account metrics related to performance
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for growth opportunities for client accounts and work closely with Senior Social team members to ensure accounts are on the path to hit client goals, such as maximizing ROI
  • Create Paid Facebook Campaigns, custom/pixel and interest-based audiences, and ads with little direction provided by the client

• Client Communication & Delivery
  • Communicate strategically with middle to top tier clients regularly on campaign performance and deliverables
  • Generate and analyze client ing and speak effectively towards performance for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue pacing, and other Social initiatives
  • Effectively communicate to the client the implemented strategy and why this is the course of action we should be taking
  • Ability to identify scalable opportunities. Analyze performance, use KPI’s/data analysis to back up the why behind the optimization
  • on key performance indicators and provide up-to-date campaign and performance metrics to the client upon request

• Industry Knowledge & Core Skills
  • Ability to follow changes in the e-commerce marketing industry and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ability to troubleshoot one-off Pixel and Catalog issues as they arise
  • Proven resourcefulness, showing initiative to research before asking questions

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• At least 2+ year’s of experience successfully managing and growing social accounts
• Facebook Business Manager experience and knowledge, preferred
• Strong understanding of social media campaign management including but not limited to Facebook
• Strong knowledge of purchase intent/data collection: for demographics and interests to inform keyword targeting
• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools as well as internal ing tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines while keeping a professional demeanor
• Strong skills in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive
• Proven organizational and communication skills
