About the Job

The Contract Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, an important part of the recruiting process, and is critical to providing a brilliant candidate experience. Recruiting Coordinators work very closely with the recruiting team and are involved in all aspects of the high-volume candidate management process.

Focus will be on healthcare roles

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to execute and improve programs to find top talent
• Schedule phone and onsite interviews, reserve conference rooms, and provide confirmations for the candidates
• Maintain and help build out candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
• Post positions in ATS and job boards as necessary
• Hold Hiring Managers and Interviewers accountable to the agreed upon roles and responsibilities
• Work with Talent Experience team to ensure a brilliant candidate experience from first outreach through offer or turndown
• Assist with the movement and flow of candidates during their on-site interviews
• Work with Talent Acquisition Operations to maintain all recruiting management records, data and metrics (overall reporting)

Qualifications: Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. Minimum 3+ years of experience.

Required: Background check and health screening test per client directive and advised of client’s policy on vaccinations.
