Role
The Recruitment consultant is responsible for recruiting for various roles, arranging and conducting interviews, and employee engagement.
It is a diverse role that requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and lateral thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting for various roles
- Sourcing candidates
- Conducting interviews
- Establishing connections with employers for the apprenticeship division
- Offering careers advice on such things as CV writing, interview techniques, transferable skills, career options, job application forms etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellence in organisation, planning, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
