Position Summary

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager will to the Director of Accounting and will be responsible for the companies Warehouse Operations and Deliveries, Facility Maintenance, Company Fleet and Fleet Maintenance Management, DOT Compliance, Equipment Rental Coordination, Tool Management, and leadership and management of said employees associated with the above areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 Years of Warehouse (Inventory and Delivery) management
• 3 Years of Fleet and Equipment management
• 3 Years of Tool (Inventory, Repair, and Ordering) management
• Valid Driver’s License with clear driving record
• Prefer five (5) – 8 (8) years Managing Employees
• Basic administrative / clerical skills / computer proficiency, including an understanding of Microsoft Officeand the operation within ERP Systems

• Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) Compliance Regulations
• Proficient in meeting short deadlines
• Ability and knowledge to review maintenance quotes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the process for Equipment Rental (Requesting, Ordering, and Returning), Pricing, Invoicing, and Rental negotiating
• Manage Warehouse operations (Inventory, Delivery and Delivery Schedule, Request Processing, and all undefined areas)
• Manage internal tool/equipment assets (maintenance, review, inventory, deliver, and acquistion)
• Manage Warehouse Personnel
• Own and Manage company DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance, record keeping, and any other areas DOT touches
• Manage Company Vehicle to include vehicle acquisition, repairs, driver eligibility, maintenance and vehicle assignments
• Keep accurate records of all aspects listed above
