Excalibur Water Systems Inc. Hiring for Technical Customer Service Representative at Barrie, ON Full Time

A growing, fast-paced manufacturer in Barrie, Ontario, is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate must have three years of technical customer service experience and be a team player that works well with others.

Skills and Qualifications required:

– 3 years of technical customer service experience.
– Knowledge of water treatment and purification equipment is preferred but not necessary
– Knowledge of water testing is preferred but not necessary
– Computer skills with Microsoft Windows-based software, including Excel
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Problem-solving skills to assist customers
– Strong organization skills in a busy office

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Water testing for customers
– Be able to process customer purchase orders
– Handle customer concerns by providing solutions
– Identify customer needs to recommend the right product for their application
– Work with other team members to take care of customer needs
– Provide feedback to other departments to increase sales and satisfy requirements
– Learn our product line to provide quality technical assistance

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
