This is a full time, direct hire position. First shift, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Monday to Friday.

Here is more details about this new role for you:

• Use your incredible sales skills to bring in clients who seek highly skilled candidates. These are our high end positions like Executives, Controllers, QA Managers, EA’s, and more!

• Work with those clients on matching candidates to corresponding positions, setting up interviews and assisting clients as needed on offers.

• Establish LONG TERM, meaningful business relationships
• We will also provide you with our clients as well, so you can use your energy on what you do best: Recruiting!

• Helping candidates best understand their true North and pick the best possible job for their desired career path!

So…about YOU:

• You bring proven success as agency recruiter and drive to be in the Top 10% of recruiters with a positive, driven personality
• You have a thirst for knowledge, and conducts extensive research
• You strive for growth and connections. You like to aid people in finding employment.
• You have previous experience in Exectuive Recruiting, preferably through working at an Agency or something similar
• You are tech savvy, and preferably, you have a presenance on social media.
• You act with urgency and work quickly. You don’t “wait” on positions.
• As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and drug test.
