Exacore, LLC Hiring for Junior Accountant Job at Remote Full Time

Work closely with Senior Accountant to maintain accounting procedures, enter transactional data, and confirm financial compliance through preparation of reports and statements.

Responsibilities:

• Enter financial transactions, including but not limited to, purchase orders, vendor invoices, payroll, journal entries, expense reports, and corporate credit card receipts.
• Maintain consistent files and track monthly internal controls.
• Assist in running weekly job cost and open payables reports.
• Complete monthly reports and bank account reconciliations.
• Assist Senior Accountant in responding to transactional inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 2-year degree in finance and/or 1 year of experience in accounting required.

· Experience with job cost, project management, or property management accounting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
