We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team who will be responsible for sourcing top talent for our IT department.
Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a point of contact for candidates, providing appropriate updates and communication on the progress of their application, keeping them ‘warm’ and ensuring a good understanding of what the role entails and what to expect.
Working with the team to identify current and future hiring needs, you will be responsible for ensuring that the job description and adverts capture the role requirements, ensuring all candidates receive an excellent candidate experience regardless of the outcome of their application and providing updates and feedback at all stages of their journey with Evri. Supporting the onboarding process, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment systems are continuously and accurately updated.
