Overview
Our client is looking to hire a Flight Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing organisation based in Houston, Texas or Boulder, Colorado
You will be working in a collaborative team, implementing spacecraft flight software applications, space vehicle software architecture, space vehicle systems and subsystems, and device drivers and interfaces.
Required:
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to government contract requirements
- Experience with modern C/C++ development methods and practices
- Experience with Python
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired:
- Experience with Linux and Linux-based software development
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and practices
- Experience with development of NASA Class A flight software
