We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right individual, with outstanding growth potential. The right candidate for this position will be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with employees across the organization on multiple tasks. The Office Administrator will oversee general office duties, Human Resources and some of our online marketing. This person will understand that they are critical to the success and future of EVOLVsolar and as such complete each job in a timely, friendly, and most importantly safe, manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– General office duties such as some basic bookkeeping, paying bills

– Human Resources tasks such as posting jobs on various platforms, doing initial screenings, making recommendations on interviews and getting equipment ready for new hires.

– Sales support such as responding to incoming phone calls, taking customer information and managing our customer database.

– Ensuring our office is well organized and all office supplies are properly stocked.

– Marketing duties such as social media posts, email blasts, blogs, and managing our general email inbox.

– Support with quoting and project coordination as required.

– Calling past customers to get feedback and reviews.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as an Office Adminstrator will be seen as an asset.

– Previous experience in a Human Resources role will be seen as an asset.

– Previous experience or a passion for managing Social Media will be seen as an asset.

– Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

EVOLVsolar offers a competitive compensation package to be discussed upon hiring

– Total compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 per year (negotiable based on qualifications)
