We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Manager would be responsible for the performance of data-driven marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and e-commerce growth thru influencer marketing, affiliate programs and social media marketing.

Responsibilities Include (not limited to):

• Analyze and understand consumers to develop strategic marketing initiatives
• Execute and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives that increases brand awareness (as measured by the number of new Shopify and Amazon customers)
• Build & maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and media
• Create engaging and informative content for our company website, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven ability to drive consumer engagement and growth
• High social media proficiency
• Willingness to try new things
• Not afraid to fail
• Independent and analytical problem solver
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:

• Prior digital marketing experience or experience in a similar role
• Prior experience growing a brand or product

• Compensation commensurate with experience
• Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
