Role: Receptionist/Administrative Support–Airdrie, AB
What we are looking for…
Our team is seeking an individual who is comfortable in a dynamic and shifting role, someone who is a self-starter and doesn’t mind variety in their day. This individual would be responsible for providing general reception/administrative support and services in our head offices in Airdrie, AB to aid in our day to day workflow, while maintaining a clean and organized office.
You would be doing tasks such as answering phones and directing calls, photocopying and file management, data management and tracking, organization of courier and postage intake/distribution, along with ensuring office supplies are in stock and organized in an efficient manner. Along with these important tasks you would be responsible for the appearance and general daily tidiness of our office to ensure it maintains a professional and polished image to our people and clients.
