As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing and guiding our scientific research team towards success. You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and guidance to a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Managing and oversee scientific research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Fostering innovation and drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and novel methodologies.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Promoting a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) is a must!
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a scientific research / recruitment environment.
• Strong knowledge & understanding of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and deliver results.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
