Logistics Support Specialist

We are a fast-growing logistics company based in Atlanta, GA looking to hire an Account Service Representative to serve as the support liaison between the account manager and shipping & receiving.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Enter information from account manager into our TMS system

· Acquire post-delivery paperwork

· Track shipment statuses

· Update receivers of any changes in shipments

· Deliver an outstanding customer service experience

· Other duties as assigned

The desired candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment. They will be organized, exhibit professionalism, possess exceptional communication skills, and be flexible and willing to adapt to new and changing demands.

Ideally, this person will have a strong desire to grow with the company.

Job Requirements
