The EVML cladding team is responsible for large scale remediation projects across East Village in Stratford, the former athlete’s village for the 2012 Olympics. Our aim is to deliver on time and on budget projects for our stakeholders while always being mindful that we are working on people’s homes.

To do that, we need people who look laterally, people who practice active listening, ask questions that propel us forward, and seek out ways of working that broaden our collective abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary administrator for the two project directors.
• Monitor shared email inbox, ensuring any urgent emails are flagged and prioritized
• Proofreading emails and documents, putting them into better language
• Chasing up on actions from meetings / emails with brokers and investors
• Build strong relationships with consultants, winder operational teams and external suppliers
• Dealing with agendas and paperwork for meetings and research when required
• Managing expenses
• Ensuring all invoices are processed for authorization and payment via the online portal
• Compile s using both Microsoft Excel and Word

In order to be considered for this position, suitable applicants MUST possess:

• At least 3 years’ experience as an EA
• A calm and collected demeanour
• Resourceful, innovative, and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional attitude and ability to maintain utmost level of discretion and confidentiality
• The ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
