Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction and 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Ability to easily address curricular design questions in a client facing environment
Proven ability to successfully manage competing projects and deadlines
Demonstrated knowledge of curricular mapping and the application of instructional design methodologies to course development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a diversified work environment with varying levels of ambiguity
Ability to lead a team, while establishing effective working relationships with senior management and key external relationships
Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to successfully manage competing projects and deadlines
Preferred:
Masters degree in education, curriculum, and instruction and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage UP and PP client relationships with assigned partner programs and plan, prepare and effectively facilitate meetings to ensure UP and PP curricular needs are met.
Promote the curricular design expertise provided by our Curriculum and E-Learning teams in the development and support of academic courses across assigned UP and PP programs.
Lead and manage a team of Curriculum Specialists in providing timely, efficient, and quality curricular support to assigned UP and PP programs and faculty.
Plan and provide developing UP and PP programs with tailored curriculum planning, development, and mapping support to achieve program goals and meet regional and programmatic accreditation requirements.
Provide and track ongoing curriculum support to meet curriculum build/rebuild, delivery, and evaluation timelines and deadlines.
Manage courses and instructional content within the EIM Learning Library and Learning Management System, to include intellectual property rights and sharing permissions, for all assigned curricula.
Engage in ongoing quality reviews and participate in data-informed assessments of learning experiences to identify areas of improvement in instructional clarity, engagement, and outcome-driven learning pathways.
Coordinate with course faculty to evaluate instructional content, identify course needs, and develop course design solutions to ensure the ongoing quality improvement of curricula across the academic discipline.
Provide initial faculty onboarding and continued faculty development opportunities in hybrid education best practices.
Explore new and innovative technology platforms to improve course development and delivery processes or enhance learning outcomes of UP and PP students.
Effectively communicate with EIM department and university partner stakeholders regarding curricular needs and updates.
Respond to Faculty and Student Support Center (i.e., Freshdesk) tickets as assigned. Provide or coordinate direct support to faculty or student in response to these requests.
Provide on-call, after-hours (i.e., evenings, weekends) help-desk support, on a rotating basis, to UP and PP faculty requests in our Faculty and Student support center.
