As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the wider People Team and in the smooth running of our Support Office. This will be a busy and varied role, interacting with key stakeholders across the business. You’ll need to be highly organised and a multi-tasking whizz. No two days will be the same.

This will be a hybrid role, based predominantly at our Support Office in Hampstead, North London, as well as working in venue and from home.

As our Human Resources Coordinator, your day-to-day will consist of:

Being the first point of contact for employees and managers across the business

Delivering inductions for all new office staff

Employee lifecycle administration

Facilitation of the performance review process

Audit and compliance of employee records

Employee relations advice and support

Reporting and analysis

Providing support for managers on HR systems

Maintaining our office environment as a reflection of our brand standards

Liaising with external office contractors and overseeing the on-site cleaners

Full training will be provided.

To be our perfect Human Resources Coordinator you’ll need:
Prior experience in an HR role (beneficial)

A willingness to learn and develop within HR and Employee Relations

Passion for hospitality and cinema/film

Exceptional organisation and time management ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to develop and maintain great working relationships

Competency in Microsoft Office

A positive and professional attitude, and always striving to go above and beyond
