The Position:

Every Child Pediatrics is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Program Manager to work in our Cortez and Dolores school-based health centers (SBHC) at Four Corners Youth Clinics – Southwest Open School Campus and Dolores Schools Campus. The Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations of these two SBHCs and serves as Every Child Pediatrics primary contact and liaison to school, community, and funding partners. Ensuring the SBHCs operations run smoothly, and patients and families experience excellent customer service and high-quality care is top priority. Oversight of budgets and fulfilling reporting requirements for grants and contracts is provided to Every Child Pediatrics, the Medical and Fiscal Sponsor. The Program Manager hires, trains, schedules and supervises staff, including the Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical operations and program management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
