Our company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our social media and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and the latest technology to reach and engage potential customers. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement social media campaigns that will drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Utilize the latest social media and digital marketing techniques to reach the target audience, build brand awareness, and increase customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular s to management.
• Create and curate engaging content (including images, videos, and blog posts) that aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with overall company goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
• Develop relationships with social media influencers and other third-party partners to promote the brand and generate user-generated content.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective response to social media inquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong creative and visual skills with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising.
• Understanding of e-commerce and website design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
