Konexo legal resourcing continues to grow both in the UK and internationally. We provide lawyers, paralegals, project managers and legal compliance consultants to some of the world’s largest companies. Our consultants operate onsite at our client’s offices, remotely and also support Eversheds Sutherland teams both onsite and virtually. They can be full time, part time, and even provide ad hoc support for a number of hours per week

To meet significant growth, we are looking for a Konexo Talent Engagement Consultant to lead our consultant recruitment process, ensuring our legal talent pipeline is strong to meet client demand.

The position would suit someone with existing resourcing experience, ideally in either a law firm or agency with legal industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the building and execution of recruitment campaigns and events to source the best legal professional talent in the UK.
• Deliver the quality assurance process of initial screening and interviews of consultants to the Konexo legal resourcing talent pool.
• Manage the technical interview process for consultants, ensuring subject matter experts in Eversheds Sutherland interview all legal professionals joining the Konexo legal talent pool.
• Drive proactive sourcing, candidate relationship management and marketing initiatives to deliver a strong pipeline of legal consultant specialists.
• Line managing a Talent Engagement Executive to ensure delivery of Linkedin and other channel resourcing activity, onboarding and administration support.
• Managing the data and analytics of candidate sourcing activity to present to Konexo legal resourcing Eversheds Sutherland teams.
• Utilising technology such as Linkedin Recruiter, our referral network and social media channels to manage candidate sourcing and relationships.
• Manage our onboarding processes including our ATS system, application form and CV tracking, initial screening calls, and interview scheduling.
• Negotiate rates/salary expectations and working patterns with consultants for the benefit of our clients.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the Konexo and Eversheds Sutherland group, profile raising primarily in the London office through networking, attending events and liaising with Partners
• Work with Eversheds Sutherland marketing and HR team to raise the profile of Konexo legal resourcing in the legal market, through articles, campaigns and events.
• Work closely with the Talent Engagement Consultant (private practice) to share consultant profiles and onboarding/screening processes.
• Manage our panel of agency relationships ensuring fee rates, spend and quality assurance process each quarter.

Skills and Experience

• The successful candidate will need experience of working in a law or similar professional services firm and should be comfortable dealing and negotiating with senior Partners/consultants.
• Ideally have come from a resourcing background (including internal or agency).
• Experience of resourcing in APAC region would be helpful.
• A range of influencing skills, personal impact and communication skills that will ensure success and command instant credibility at all levels of the firm and with consultants.
• The successful applicant will ideally have experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) maintaining multiple CVs/consultants at once.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills are a must in this role.
