Educator Requirements:
Must have a Washington State Instructor License to practice*
Must be licensed in Esthetics or Master Esthetics

• 1 year of teaching experience desired, but will consider the right person
• Strong leadership skills to teach and motivate students
• Ability to teach in both classroom and student spa/salon environment
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills to communicate ideas
• Educator Responsibilities:
• Teach, update and implement curriculum
• Monitor and evaluate student progress
• Accurately maintain program and student records
• Coach students to help resolve student concerns
