Everest Technologies Hiring for BI Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant work experience: SQL, designing a data warehouse & semantic layers, conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making structured and unstructured, joining large and complex data sets
• 5+ years experience leading BI projects using Microsoft BI Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) to deliver advanced BI and Data solutions. Tableau: architecture, design and implementation
• Proven track record to be agile, proactive and comfortable working in ambiguity; think creatively to come up with innovative solutions to complex problems
• Expertise in BI reporting, ETL and database management platforms including Tableau, Power BI and SQL Server
• Experience in design, development, testing, implementation and sustainment of OBIEE reporting, dashboard capabilities
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
• Defines and drives the set of BI technology and technical capabilities that allow the management, monitoring, governance, and production of BI tools within the organization
• Lead BI adoption and change management, including leading the cross-functionally teams towards to become successful and highly sought business partners that leads by examples
• Track history of leading advanced knowledge of Digital Transformation in BI by examples
• Application know-how to drive business optimization, process, and resource optimization
• Strong ability to demonstrate and tie BI reporting and analysis back to business needs and impacts
• Provide technical hands-on leadership to design and support an analytics data platform (including ETL, data modeling and warehousing).
• Lead and coach technical teams of professionals to deliver actionable data insights for management and operational reporting.
