POSITION SUMMARY:
This role has become necessary following the transfer of all current and future ESC staff to EAUK and anticipates the expected headcount growth of Insurance in London
The position is key for the delivery of the London Finance Team’s ambitions to streamline all credit card and personal expenses through EAUK.
The core role will be responsible for:

Day-to-day processing of expenses through CONCUR
-
Analysis of credit card spend, chasing of outstanding expenses

Ordering new and replacement cards/PIN numbers for new and existing employees

Ongoing processing and analysis of purchase invoices through XERO
-
Assisting with EAUK Bank reconciliations along with journal processing via Peoplesoft
A key objective will be developing an integrated reporting and analysis process which will source information from CONCUR and streamline all UK Everest employees into one system. The desired outcome would be to improve the management of employee credit card transactions and speed up the reporting process to include efficient production of information and analysis.
The candidate will be required to demonstrate an analytical skillset complimentary to that of the line manager. The role will provide additional team strength to the London Finance department at a time when lots of changes are occurring within the Everest organisation, including the European expansion. It will also provide extra cover to the team, which will be of great benefit during staff absences such as holiday/sickness.
