Located in Ayer’s Cliff in the Eastern Townships, Everest Equipment designs and manufactures the most complete and robust snow removal and de-icing product line in the industry. Through its dealer network, Everest offers, to a varied clientele, products at the forefront in snow equipment technology. In addition, Everest is also a leader in the manufacture of steel formwork, custom made for the underground construction of vehicular, sanitary and hydro-electric tunnels. Everest is currently offering you the opportunity to join our team to fill the following position:

Main responsibilities

· Start and operate machines under supervision from the operator

· Maintain machines under supervision from the operator

· Learn about the job of an operator

· Follow all the health and safety guidelines

Qualifications, skills and competencies

· Willing to learn

· Good physical ability and endurance

· Ability to work in a team

· Ability to communicate orally in English and in French

Working conditions

This is an unionized position

Monday to Friday, day shift, 40 hours per week (1 available position)

Monday to Thursday, Night shift, 40 hours per week (1 available position)

Hourly rate from $17.77
