Our services are focused presently in the legal professional services and home services areas.

We are seeking an SEO Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for determining and implementing client-oriented organic growth strategies for the company.

Summary

The Search Engine Optimization Director is responsible for driving the SEO strategy for numerous EverConvert clients across the nation and leading the vision for a team of SEO analysts. This role is partially client facing, putting you at the center of expert conversations on what is happening in the SERPs today and how we prepare client sites for rankings tomorrow. This leadership role involves on-page and off-page strategic vision and tactical implementation. This role is also responsible for managing vendor contacts and cross functional collaboration. Analytical and presentation skills are a must. This is a position which requires expert knowledge and little to no instruction.

General Responsibilities

• Continually monitors organic rankings of websites to ensure optimal performance.
• Helps to identify, analyze/execute new and potential organic search rankings opportunities.
• Collects and analyzes data on established and prospective customers and competitors.
• Executes against lead generation plans to deliver results that exceed defined objectives.
• Orders and creates content for on page optimization and for blogs postings.
• Ensure citations are optimized and quality backlinks are obtained to produce positive trends for organic metrics.
• Provides world class client service by creating synergies with our internal teams; also assisting in developing an ongoing off-page strategy that promotes continual lead generation growth month over month.
• Creates buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
• Stays up-to-date on SEO trends that may affect clients positively or negatively.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited institution in an applicable discipline OR an appropriate combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team of SEO Analysts.
• Management-level position requires expert level experience in the following areas:
• Specific knowledge about search engines and their ranking algorithms.
• Deep knowledge of SEO practice and methodology, including architectural and design competencies, content and writing knowledge; as well as off-page link and promotion understanding.
• Expert understanding of SEO KPIs and ing/analytical tools such as: Moz, Raven Tools, Keyword Spy, Link Sleuth, CallRail, ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.

• Very strong knowledge of Web Analytics applications such as Agency Analytics and Google Analytics, with a wide variety of Content Management Systems, Web Site Architecture, and knowledge of WordPress and HTML. Elementor experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with web analytics and a/b testing applications.
• Experience in or with digital marketing for lead generation.
• Experience managing out-sourced vendors.
• Experience working in the legal industry preferred, but not required.
• Supervisory Responsibilities – Manage team of SEO Analysts.
