Evercold Storage Ltd is Looking for Shipper/Receiver Warehouse Employee Full Time

Ever-Cold Storage Inc. is a 95,500 sq. ft. distribution center for fresh and frozen food products. We are currently seeking a full-time Shipper /receiver for Monday- Friday day shift

Job Duties: including, but not limited to receiving, shipping, handling distribution and storage of all freight, products, and supplies. This position requires customer service skills, accuracy, computer knowledge and clear communication skills. Work with and comply with the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) regulations.
Work to understand the food safety program, and help identify and control hazards. Please note you will be working in a cooler so warm dress is a must.

Education and Experience Requirements:

One year proved Shipping Receiving SDCB and ride-on walkie truck experience (hi Reach experience is an asset).
Experience working in a Refrigerated Warehouse would be an asset but not necessary.

Other Job Requirements:

Must be available to work in a freezer and refrigerated climate.
Must be able to lift weighted product on daily basis.
Trained in the operation of “ride-on” electric pallet jack.
Must be available to work overtime, as required.
Good communication skills in English.

Ever-Cold Cold Storage in Burnaby is currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Warehouse Shipper /Receiver. This job is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound movement of freight. the shift is Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00
