4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is a full service health and wellness vitality center that offers aesthetic services and cutting-edge treatments to help patients look and feel their best. Aesthetic services include injectables, fillers, HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels and dermaplaning. Whole-body wellness treatments include bio-identical hormone replacement, PRP, vitamin IV therapy and injections.

Your primary role will be responsible for the following.

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Managing Incoming leads through various channels phone, email, website, etc.)
• Effectively converting leads into appointments and scheduled consultations
• Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate information about our services and treatments
• Actively promoting our services and special offers to maximize lead conversion.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage leads.
• Private Event Planning Coordination (Grand Opening Party, After hours Venues)
• Contributing to the overall success of 4EVERYOUNG Spring Lake, by meeting lead conversion targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
