EventMobi Hiring for Sales Manager – Customer Acquisition at Toronto, ON Full Time

** EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. You may reside anywhere provided you are able to accommodate PST/MST/CST/EST working hours. Fluency in English is required for this role.

EventMobi is looking for a Sales Manager to be at the helm of their amazing New Business team.

You will be responsible for developing a team of young and eager sellers, focusing on acquiring new logos through both inbound and outbound channels.

If you like to roll up your sleeves, get in the trenches and think outside the box – this role could be for you. A bonus if you can write killer cold emails!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coach & develop a team of both inbound & outbound SDRs & AEs to achieve new business goals
• Steer the outbound program, supporting on campaigns and any team training needed to improve conversion
• Conduct Weekly 1:1s and team meetings to support professional development
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and strong pipeline; preparing a weekly bottom-up forecast for Inbound & Outbound channels with a goal of 80%+ accuracy
• Handle relevant sales reporting, enablement & process improvements

YOU HAVE:

• 2-3 years in a team lead or leadership capacity
• Prior SaaS selling experience, preferably as an AE (bonus if you’ve done outbound selling!)
• A track record of building high performing teams
• A high level of comfort using HubSpot
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

• Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll work alongside an all-star team of SDRs and AEs (both in and outbound), who are passionate about serving our customers, enjoy collaborating with a healthy dose of friendly competition.
• Revenue Operations – your right hand team to help support your team
• Marketing – regularly collaborating on ways to improve top of funnel sales activity

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment – a private and quiet workspace is vital for doing your best work as being on camera is a must for client calls

• You have a reliable WiFi internet connection: minimum 30Mbps up/down and the ability to wire directly to your router.
• VoIP accessibility
