We are in need of experienced recruiters to help us find truck drivers their next job. We work with full integrity. We fully listen to our drivers and get them into the job they truly need,

The hardest part of recruiting is finding leads. We do all of that for you. Every lead has recently applied to our jobs. Your job is to call them, find out what kind of job they need and show them what we have that fits their needs. This is not a sales position. We need recruiters that can relate with truck drivers. You need to know how to talk trucker. We want our applicants to know we have their best interest at heart.

We pride ourselves on our integrity, we never sell a driver on an opportunity that is not right for them. If your values align with ours and you have a strong work ethic, you will be successful.

This is a work from home position. You need to have your own computer, cell phone, and internet to preform your duties. You do not have a manager screaming down your neck while you work. If you need a day off, all you have to do is tell your manager. You get paid for every driver that you get hired. You are in full control of your work schedule. In order to be successful you need to be able to self motivate and make sure you call at least 40 new drivers per day. If you can not do that, this is not the job for you.
