Who You Are

You have 2+ years of experience as a Test Automation Developer or Software QA

You have 1+ years of experience with JavaScript

You have 1+ years of experience with Cypress or other JavaScript based Test Automation Frameworks

You have an undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields

You have experience with creating test plans and test cases, as well as automation of test cases for mobile applications

You are familiar with automation framework design and development

You are a self-starter and fast learner

You have strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points If

You have startup experience

You make contributions to open source projects

You have experience with healthcare products

What You Would Be Doing

Designing and executing systems to check for issues

Documenting test cases

Performing and documenting risk analysis

Coding automated tests

Creating test plans

Discovering bugs within software

Performing manual and automated testing

Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

Researching new tools, technologies, and testing processes

Interview Process

We have a three step interview process that usually goes from application to response in under two weeks:

20 minute video conference interview for culture fit.

In some cases we ask for a deliverable test that will take about 1 hour.

60 minute video conference interview for technical fit, followed by a reference check.
